How we work

Four things you can expect
from the first call.

01

Honest assessment first

Before you spend on a dispute, you should know its strengths, its weaknesses and what it is likely to cost. We tell you early.

02

Cross-border from day one

When a matter touches another country, we bring in foreign counsel at the start and run one strategy across every forum.

03

Commercial awareness

We weigh each step against what it costs and what you stand to gain, and we say so when a claim is not worth pursuing.

04

Hands-on, personalised service

You work closely with lawyers who know your file, and the service is shaped around your matter, your timetable and the outcome you need.

For Referring Counsel

Instructed counsel,
in Singapore.

We accept instructions from law firms in Singapore and abroad, for litigation, arbitration and criminal matters.

  • Cross-border coordination

We run the Singapore side of multi-jurisdiction disputes and keep one strategy across counsel in each forum, with clear, regular briefings.

  • Conflict-checked intake

We check conflicts on the parties’ names before we take in the detail of a matter.

  • Acting as instructed counsel

Advocacy, advice or a second view on strategy, on the terms you set with your client.
